    Organizational infrastructure consists of the structures, protocols, and processes that give the organization structure, support its key functions, and integrate routine practice. Organizational infrastructure frequently sets the basis for other organizational capabilities.The infrastructure is important for faster economic growth and alleviation of poverty in the country. The adequate infrastructure in the form of road and railway transport system, ports, power, airports and their efficient working is also needed for integration of the Indian economy with other economies of the world.There are two main types of infrastructure investments, these include: Social infrastructure, which includes schools, affordable housing and hospitals. Economic infrastructure, which includes roads, communication, sewage, water, airports and power.
